Sharon is the President of Blended Solutions Consulting. After gaining 18 years of experience in instructional design and facilitation, organizational development, eLearning design, and talent systems training, project management and support, she decided to create Blended Solutions Consulting to help organizations look at their engagement issues and devise more effective solutions.
Sharon has spent the last thirteen years as an internal learning consultant and learning leader at NYU and Columbia University. In those positions, she designed and delivered a wider variety of a wide variety of ...... systems implementation training.
At NYU, one of Sharon's major accomplishment was leading and implementing the University’s first employee-focused learning systems. Her project management and technical support skills also extended to the delivery of other technical systems. Sharon also supported the design and delivery of multiple online and blended learning programs.
Sharon received an EdM from Teachers College, Columbia University and an MA and BS in Psychology from Brooklyn College.
